Do you carry boy items?

We do offer a small selection of boy clothing weekly. However, we're constantly adding new inventory as it becomes available. See something you like...better grab it as most of our boy items sell out quickly due to the high demand.

Should I choose my child's normal size?

Typically, our products run TTS. We do recommend to go up a size if your little is in between, since kids grow so fast! However, some brands do run generous.* Refer to each description, picture, and sizing charts (if applicable). 

*Pete + Lucy is a unique brand who makes great quality clothing with plenty room to grow. Infant rompers run TTS. Dresses and sets may require sizing down 1-2 sizes.

As a general rule (for P+L), we recommend that you size down if your child is just beginning a size or if you prefer a smaller fit. Normal size can be chosen for a looser fit or for children who are considered above average.

Please read descriptions carefully for each item as sizing varies per child(ren).

What is your return policy?

Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items due to our fault. Please see our Refund Policy for further details.

*Remember, we do not accept returns for sizing issues.

How do I change/cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. 

Where is my package? 

An email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when your order ships along with a USPS tracking number. Still don't see it? Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been sent there.

How much is shipping costs?

All packages are shipped via USPS. Packages are shipped flat rate based on total order value and preferred method chosen at checkout.
